Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday celebrated the pageant of colors, Holi, with troopers in Leh. He was accompanied by Chief of the Military Employees Normal Manoj Pande and Normal Officer Commanding, Hearth and Fury Corps Lt Gen Rashim Bali.
